Welcome to Pitra Dham App. These terms are written in simple words so every user can understand how the app works, what services are provided, and what rules need to be followed while using the app.

1. About Pitra Dham App

Pitra Dham App is made to help devotees with darbar-related booking, token management, updates, and basic service information. The app is mainly created to reduce crowd-related problems, save time, and make the darbar process more organized.

This app is not made for personal profit. Any amount received through plans or tokens is used for service management, temple arrangement, app operations, and development-related work.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pitra Dham App, creating an account, booking a token, or purchasing any plan, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

3. User Account

To use booking and token services, users may need to create an account using basic details such as name, mobile number, email, and password.

  • Please provide correct and genuine information while creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
  • Do not share your account access with others.
  • If we find misuse, fake details, or suspicious activity, we may restrict or block the account.

4. App Permissions

Pitra Dham App does not ask for unnecessary mobile permissions. We do not collect contacts, camera, microphone, location, SMS, call logs, or other sensitive phone data unless clearly required in future for a specific feature and shown to the user.

At present, the app mainly uses the basic information required for account, booking, token, plan, payment, and support purposes.

5. Darbar Booking and Token Rules

The booking and token system is created only to manage the darbar in a better way. A token helps the management team understand how many devotees may visit and in what order they should be managed.

  • Darbar is usually held on Tuesday and Saturday from 7:00 PM.
  • Devotees are requested to reach the darbar by 6:30 PM.
  • Only a limited number of devotees can be taken in one darbar.
  • If the limit is full, remaining devotees may be considered for the next darbar as per management rules.
  • If your number does not come due to time, crowd, or management reasons, priority may be given in the next darbar.
  • If you book a token but do not attend the darbar, your token may be treated as used.
  • If you cannot book through the app, you may visit the temple and request offline name entry, subject to availability.

6. Plans, Tokens and Service Amount

The app may provide plans through which users receive tokens for booking. The number of tokens, validity, and amount may vary according to the selected plan.

The amount paid through the app is used for temple management, development, service arrangement, technical maintenance, and other operational needs related to the app and darbar management.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment details like UPI PIN, card PIN, full card number, CVV, or net banking password.

Payment status, transaction ID, plan details, and token usage details may be stored for support, records, and service management.

8. Refund and Cancellation

Once a plan or token is used for booking, it may not be refundable. However, if any genuine technical issue happens, users can contact support and the team will review the request.

Refund approval, if any, will depend on the situation, payment status, token usage, and management decision.

9. Important Service Note

Please note: Pitra Dham App only helps with booking, token management, darbar updates, and user convenience. The app does not provide any guarantee of personal result, problem solution, medical solution, legal solution, or financial solution.

Any guidance or support related to darbar is available only when the devotee is physically present at the darbar. Phone calls or online messages cannot be used as a replacement for darbar presence.

10. User Responsibility

  • Users should reach on time and follow darbar rules.
  • Users should behave respectfully with temple staff, volunteers, and other devotees.
  • Users should not misuse the app, create fake bookings, or disturb the booking system.
  • Users should not upload, submit, or share false, abusive, illegal, or harmful information.

11. Notifications and Updates

The app may send important updates related to booking, token status, darbar timing, plan status, payment confirmation, or service-related announcements.

12. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion at any time. After account deletion, your account access may be removed and your personal account-related data may be deleted or anonymized, except where we need to keep limited records for legal, payment, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.

13. Data and Privacy

We respect user privacy. We collect only the information required to run the app services such as account management, booking, token allocation, payment records, notifications, and support.

14. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting services, notification services, analytics tools, or other technical services. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Service Availability

We try our best to keep the app running smoothly. Still, the app may sometimes be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, internet problems, payment gateway issues, server issues, or other reasons beyond our control.

16. Changes in Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published on the app or website. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
